We know how important it is to work with someone who has your best interests at heart when it comes to clearing your workplace after an accident or incident has occurred. That's why we only use the most experienced professionals in NZ for all our clearance inspections.

Technical

Asbestos Clearance Inspections and Technical Information.

Asbestos clearance inspections are a requirement by law following licensed asbestos removal. This includes the removal of all class A (friable) materials and/or more than 10m2 of class B (non-friable) material.

A 4 stage clearance inspection must be carried out following the removal of any class A (friable) materials, including air testing and surface dust testing. This inspection must be completed by a licensed asbestos assessor.

A visual clearance inspection must be carried out following the removal of more than 10m2 of class B material. This inspection must be completed by an independent competent person. After the removal work has passed these inspections, a certificate of reoccupation is issued declaring the area safe.

Our team of licensed asbestos assessors can carry all these inspections out for you at your Auckland location!
