Asbestos projects can be stressful and time consuming. There are many good contractors in the industry, who do a very good job for a fair price. Unfortunately, there are also those who will, by design or lack of knowledge, not complete work safely or may charge too much.

Asbestos removal is a complicated process that requires specialized equipment and training. It’s not something you should attempt to do on your own, nor is it something you should hire just anyone to do. If you have asbestos in your home, it is important to hire an experienced contractor who can safely remove the material so that it does not become airborne and cause health issues. If you are unsure whether or not you have asbestos in your home, it’s best to assume that you do and consult with a professional about getting it removed.

All final decisions will be yours, but we will help with the process and can reduce any risks so you can concentrate on the things important to you.

When it comes to asbestos, you need a partner who knows what they're doing. At Hazard Management we have direct personal experience in all sectors of the asbestos industry ranging from licensed asbestos assessors to supervisors in the management and removal of asbestos materials.

We help you oversee the whole asbestos process from identifying the asbestos through a thorough survey and sampling to engaging the correct contractor through to overseeing the removal work and checking the work is being done correctly. We'll sign off on your project when it's complete, providing a clearance inspection and certificate of reoccupation. We have the skills and experience to help you through the whole process. We're available to work with you on a one-off project or as part of your regular asbestos management service.
